Our shuttle busses run from 9:00am to 21:00pm. Please be aware that it may be difficult to find taxis in the area.
Smoking Policy Smoking is allowed in the guest rooms but prohibited in public areas including the riverside terrace.
There is also a designated smoking room on the 1stFloor.
Internet Wi-Fi within the building is complimentary (no connection at the river terrace area).

Hours of Operation Public baths are located on the 1stand 2ndfloors.
Morning 7:00am –8:30am, Afternoon 16:00pm –21:00pm
Regarding meals on the riverside terrace The riverside terrace is open from May 1st to September 27th.
Meals will be served in-room during autumn season (October -November) also in the event of bad weather (The ryokan is closed from December to April).

Dinner Classic Kyoto-style Dinner SetSeating times: 17:00pm, 18:00pm, 19:00pm. Please choose your seating time upon check-in. Menu varies seasonally.
Transportation from Hiroya Ryokan Shuttle service to Kibuneguchi Station
During your stay, you can use the shuttle to commute to and from Kibuneguchi Station.
Please let the front desk know when you would like to use the shuttle bus.
The shuttle bus is available from 9:00am to 21:00pm.

The front desk can call taxis for you. Please note that it may take taxis up to 20 minutes to arrive.
Getting to Hiroya Ryokan Walking
On foot, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Hiroya Ryokan from Kibuneguchi Station

Please note that taxis are not readily available at Kibuneguchi Station.
From Demachiyanagi Station, a taxi ride takes approximately half an hour and costs 3500-4500JPY (Please note there may be extra charges for late night rides).
